How to Report Instrument Damage for Repair?

If an instrument is damaged, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center, and provide the device model and serial number.
For minor issues, remote diagnostics (e.g., software restart) may be conducted.
For major problems, the instrument will need to be sent back to the factory for repair. Please remember to back up data beforehand.
