Pipeline MFL Detector ZYNQ XCZU3
A professional detection device for oil and gas pipelines, urban pipe networks and other scenarios. Based on magnetic flux leakage + eddy current composite sensing technology, equipped with a multi-stage hub architecture and industrial-grade embedded system, it realizes real-time acquisition, intelligent analysis and massive data storage of pipeline defects. Through modular hardware design and anti-strong magnetic interference circuit optimization, it integrates geometric detection, attitude sensing and multi-channel temperature and pressure acquisition modules, overcoming industry pain points of traditional equipment including signal distortion in complex magnetic environments, limited sampling rate and insufficient long-distance storage. It can fully meet efficient and high-precision detection requirements for large-diameter pipelines.
