Wire Cut EDM Control System FPGA-XC7S25

A dedicated CNC system designed for high-precision wire cut EDM machining requirements. Developed based on ARM+DSP heterogeneous computing architecture and Linux real-time operating system, it deeply integrates CAD modeling, intelligent trajectory planning and 5-axis linkage control technologies, solving industry pain points including insufficient complex geometry machining accuracy (±0.5μm), low multi-process collaboration efficiency and difficult equipment remote management and control. Through self-developed taper compensation algorithm and intelligent machining database, it significantly improves the processing qualification rate of special-shaped workpieces and can meet micron-level machining requirements for aerospace precision parts, medical device molds and other fields.
